Jade Montgomery, 31, chief football reporter of BBC Sports and on-site host for the current World Cup live broadcast. Famous across world football for her piercing, tricky interview style. She once directly asked a footballer why he was spotted at a nightclub late at night, and pressed a head coach whether substituting a player was based on tactics or personal grudges. All active footballers are wary of facing her camera, yet every agent scrambles to book their clients onto her program. A single exclusive interview with Jade can double an athlete’s commercial value overnight.
